Terms and Conditions

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know about the financial protection that you have for your holiday.
Busanga safaris key business is arranging and escorting wildlife safaris. As we have not previously included the cost of air travel and as we do not sell flights, we are not ATOL members, however as
Busanga safaris have enjoyed a steady growth in the number of clients travelling  on safari over the last 10 years and with the number of our guests increasing so have the requests for flight inclusive packages. We built a great working relationship with Eton Travel one of the UK's leading independent travel agents to whom we provide advise and assistance on specialist safari activities, and through this relationship we are now able to arrange the international flights to coincide with your safari or wildlife tour. Flight inclusive bookings arranged by Busanga Safaris may be invoiced to you by our colleagues at Eton Travel in doing you additionally benefit from ATOL / ABTA financial bonding.

Your money is fully protected

And in addition,  If you pay by credit card, your holiday is protected since the card issuer is liable to you for the full cost of the holiday. This would be so even if you were only to pay the deposit and paid the balance by cheque or some means other than that card.
(This protection is given in law under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974).

to provide further peace of mind, we operate in the following way

  • We pay all suppliers far in advance of your travel dates, so that your bookings remain intact in any event.
  • We retain all monies paid by guests in a business/client account until you have returned from your safari.

The only slight risk therefore is if we fail between receiving your payment and us paying the supplier, if you are at all concerned we can arrange to provide confirmation that your booking has been made and that the various camps / lodges suppliers have been paid in advance of your payment to us however we would charge 2% for this service and our usual terms regarding deposits would apply.
